Please note that Rhode Island Reptile Enclosures will not offer Freight shipping. Unless organized and paid for from client, WE will not under any circumstances be able to ship. THere are too many unknowns to deal with and The responsibility of 100% customer satifaction is just not possible with so many variables.

Time Frame Restrictions on Custom Projects.
We all change our minds from time to time, In the event that you alter your Custom Project during the Production Process, We Do not guarantee any Completion dates, All projects are set up with strict time lines, Interrupting this time frame will interfere with Other Projects that may be In production.
We will Do our best to complete ALL projects in a timely manner but there are limitations. IF you feel that a Change needs to be made PLEASE do so with Caution.
As with any custom build there are factors to consider with Due dates and delivery times. from time to time we may encounter an issues that prevents us from Hitting a deadline. In the event of amissed date, I will do everything in my power to keep you updated and work with you to get the project competed as soon as I possibly can
PLEASE NOTE, We will always try to get your project done within the predetermined time frame, However
YOUR PROJECT or CUSTOM BUILD CAN TAKE UP TO 12 FULL WEEKS TO PRODUCE, THIS IS NOT THE NORMAL TIME FRAME BUT IS A POSSIBLITLY.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANIMALS PURCHASED PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR NEW BUILD.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
If your project includes delivery, We will do what is needed to get your product to your door, HOWEVER, weather conditions in our neck of the woods play a part in our ability to deliver. Severe weather, Rain, Ice or Snow, High humidity all play a part, WE will NOT deliver in any of these conditions due to safety concerns and well being of your enclosure or merchandise.
In the event a Delivery cannot take place a Reschedule date will be made at our next earliest available. WE have many projects going at any given time, Your reschedule may or may not be the very next day, WE will go above and beyond to get you back on the schedule as soon as we are able to do so.
A CANCELLATION DUE TO A DELIVERY or Manufacturing DELAY IS NOT ELEIGBLE FOR A REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
YOUR CUSTOM BUILD IS SUBJECT TO SCHEUDLING CHANGES DUE TO MANUFACTURING NEEDS. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO HIT A DEADLINE, SOMETIMES THIS CANNOT HAPPEN, WE WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMODATE YOUR BUILD TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY.

Returns on Accessories Returns are available for Defective merchandise only.
Accessories that are found to be defective from the Manufacturer Will be granted a refund within 10 Business days, This excludes Electronic Devices, Bulbs, and Heaters.
Shipping:
To make things easy for everyone, Your shipping Costs are included in All Purchases up to 40lbs within The Continental US, Outside of that your shipping will be quoted separately.
Lay-A-Way:
We offer lay-a-way options for Both Custom and Retail items....
1. Pay minimum Deposit Via Paypal
2. The balance can be paid off in 2,3 or 5 Equal Payments within a Predetermined amount of time.
3., Delivery of goods will be made upon Completion of the total Purchase Price.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING:
We do not under any circumstances handle your credit card, Personal Information or anything relating to your payment method, A Third party company handles all of our Digital Transactions and thus are responsible for PCI compliance and proper Handling of your Information.
Returns on Custom Work
In the event that you have an issue with your project or have simply changed your mind we are happy to try and correct the problem, However Due to the Nature of Custom enclosures there are a few Guidelines for your return.
1. All Returns must be Declared/Made within 3 Business Days from the beginning of the project And/or Deposit is made.
2. Returns made within 3 business days will receive a Full refund in the form that The payment was made *paypal Fees Excluded
ALL RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE 3 DAY GRACE PERIOD ARE
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND.
Returns Requested after 3 day Grace Period Are subject to:
a 40% Restocking Fee Against All payments.
This Includes but is not limited to: Materials Shipping Fees and Paypal Fees.
Remaining Total Balance will be Refunded Accordingly.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER 10 DAYS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS
RETURNS TIMEFRAME
In the rare instance a return is needed, We will process it via your payment method used, the time it takes to process it depends on your bank or credit card company, We will process your refund within 48 business hours, however Your refund may not become available for 7-10 business days and in some cases longer.
If you need to check a status of a return, Please contact your financial institution to see how long they take to process.
IF A REFUND IS HUNG UP OR YOUR NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SPEED IN WHICH IT IS BEING PROCESSED, YOU CAN ALWAYS FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND/OR PAYPAL, A non-Receipt Claim will be immedialty processed via your Financial Institution.
*If your payment was Made using Paypal, All Fees incurred from Paypal will be deducted from your deposit, RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 7-10 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING. WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW FAST THEY MOVE.
