YES.. We seal our Enclosures with a Select combination of Sealents that are both safe for your Pet as well as Create a Water tight environment that will withstand the tests of time with water, Misting Systems, High humidity etc.
Do you Offer Custom Sizes and Shapes

YES.. We can build you an enclosures to your specifications, From the smallest enclsoure for scorpions and the like all the way up to full scale rooms with plumbing and more. We work with Fully Licensed and Insured Contractors for the big installations.
Do you Offer all glass Aquariums

YES..We can build an aquiarium to your measurments. Including but not limited to Small custom sizes all the way up to stingray type room tanks.

Through this account we are also able to accept bank transfers and credit card transactions even if you don't have a PayPal account of your own. Do you Offer An extended warranty

YES.. We offer a limited 30 day warranty on Manufacturing defects, We also offer a 1, 2 and 5 year limited warranty Replacment program against Damages. This is a Paid program, Please ask about it if you have any questions.
How long will it take me to receive my Order

Depends on your order. If your ordering regular inventory such as lights or hardware, They will generally ship within 24 hours. IF your ordering a Custom Built Enclosure that will take more time and the variables will contribute to the time frame of that build. This will be discussed prior to your build.
Can I request A custom stain for my enclosure?

YES, custom stains and colors are available for all of our custom builds.

Do your Cages Contain any VOC's or chemicals Harmful to my pet?

NO, Our PVC is VOC free, our Adhesive we use has a VOC of 3% during Curing and 0% after fully cured and our Wood Products are made from a High Quality Formaldehyde FREE, soy based materials 100% safe for your pet.

DO you offer payment plans.

Yes, I do offer payment plans, They are managed through your portal and can be done in many forms. I generally require a 50% deposit and the balance can be paid over time which will be determined during the setup process and when i send you your invoice with Login information.
DO you send pictures mid Build for me to see?

NO, Generally we do not take mid production pictures, Many of our assembly processes and Finish work are a closely held secret, Generally speaking I will not Offer mid build pictures. if under certain circumstances for communication and to ensure your build is 100% accurate we May make an exception, these are rare and Should not be expected.
