Returns on Custom Work

 

In the event that you have an issue with your project or have simply changed your mind we are happy work with you. 
Due to the Nature of Custom enclosures there are a few Guidelines for your return.

 

1.   All Returns must be Declared/made within 3 Business Days from the begining of the project And/or Deposit is made.

 

2.   Returns made within 3 business days will receive a refund in the form that The payment was made.

 

ALL RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE 3 DAY GRACE PERIOD ARE

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND.


REQUIRED DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

 


 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER 3 DAYS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS

Lay-A-Way:

 

We offer lay-a-way options for Both Custom and Retail items....  

1.Pay minimum Deposit which in most cases 50% of the total balance

2.The balance can be paid off in 2,3 or 5 Equal Payments within a Predetermined amount of time.

3.Delivery of of your project will be scheduled after last payment is made. 

4.Cancellation of your lay-a-way Product is allowed,
However your Payments to date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

RUSH SERVICE:

We do offer a Rush Service, From time to time a customer will request a build that needs to be finished much faster than normal. We can facilitate that request however, There will be additional fees and the Return policy on a Rush is ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON RUSH SERVICES.

Financing Options:

PAYPAL offers Financing through it's service. You cann apply for financing through your account portal which we will send you during your Project Set up Process.

 

OPTION 1

1. Upon Acceptance you will be forwarded to the appropriate pages and your Project will begin with us.

 

OPTION 2

We Offer a financing in-house with a deposit and 1 time set up fee.

Just like lay-a-way but you have a few more Payment options and Longer payment scheudle broken up over a longer period of time, up to 12 months *12 equal payments..

Shipping/Delivery:

 

IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE MASSASSACHUSETTS, RHODE ISLAND OR CONNECTICUT AREAS YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE INCLUDED DEPENDING ON DISTANCE

Prior to your delivery, I will need to know exactly what will be in the path of where your enclosure will be delivered.

Please list:

How many steps or landings

driveway incline or decline

hardwoods

narrow doorways

and anything else that will be important prior to my arrival. 

Failure to include these details will result in additonal labor charges for delivery.

Time Frame Restrictions on Custom Projects.

 

We all change our minds from time to time, In the event that you alter your Custom Project during the Production Process, We Do not guarentee any Completion dates, All projects are set up with strict time lines, Interuppting this time frame will interfere with Other Projects that may be In production. 

We will Do our best to complete ALL projects in a timely manner but there are limitations. IF you feel that a Change needs to be made PLEASE do so with Caution.

 

As with any custom build there are factors to consider with Due dates and delivery times. from time to time we may encounter an issues that prevents us from Hitting a deadline. In the event of a missed date, I will do everything in my power to keep you updated and work with you to get the project competed.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

if your project includes delivery, We will do what is needed to get your product to your door, HOWEVER, weather conditions in our neck of the woods play a part in our ability to deliver. Severe weather, Rain, Ice or Snow, High humidity all play a part, WE will NOT deliver in any of these conditions due to safety concerns and well being of myself, Staff and your merchandise.

 

In the event a Delivery cannot take place a Reschedule date will be made.

 

A CANCELLATION DUE TO A DELIVERY or Manufacturing DELAY IS NOT ELEIGBLE FOR A REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.


YOUR CUSTOM BUILD IS SUBJECT TO SCHEDULING CHANGES DUE TO MANUFACTURING NEEDS. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO HIT A DEADLINE, SOMETIMES THIS CANNOT HAPPEN, WE WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMODATE YOUR BUILID TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY.

Returns on Accessories

 

Returns are available for Defective merchandise only, Accessories that are found to be defective from the Manufacturer Will be granted a refund within 10 Business days, This excludes Electronic Devices, Bulbs, and Heaters.

Design Change Charges

 

If you want to make a change to your design after the final approval has been made, A $20.00 change cost will be added to your invoice. we try to work with you prior to your build to make sure everything is covered, When approving your final Spec sheet please be careful to look it over in detail before the sign off. That will avoid any further charges. 

SIDE NOTES

*If your payment was Made using Paypal, All Fees incurred from Paypal will be deducted from your deposit, RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 7-10 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING. WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW FAST THEY MOVE.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY SEVERE WEATHER CONDIIONS, WE WILL WORK AS HARD AS WE CAN TO GET YOUR PROJECT DONE ONTIME EVERYTIME. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IN THE EVENT OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR INTERFERRENCE.

 

ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS WILL BE REFUNDED VIA PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
